This king of the crustacean family has a jointed body and limbs covered with a hard shell. Lobster can be steamed, boiled, baked and even grilled.

Lobsters come in various sizes and are categorized as follows:

Chickens, weighing approximately 1 pound

Quarters, weighing 1.25 to less than 1.5 pounds

Halves, weighing 1.5 to 1.74 pounds

Selects, weighing 2 to 2.49 pounds

Jumbos weighing more than 3 pounds.
