Pour cold water in a small bowl. Sprinkle gelatin over cold water; set aside. Place tea bags in a large bowl. Pour boiling water over tea bags; stir to moisten thoroughly. Steep 5 minutes. Remove and discard tea bags. Add gelatin mixture; stir until dissolved. Stir in honey, lemon juice, lemon peel and salt; mix well. Let stand until mixture is cool. Transfer mixture to ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer’s directions. |
