1997 World Champion Salsa - Stoney Road Tomato Salsa

First Ingredient Group
3		Long Green Anaheim Peppers - Use pepper & seeds (take out seed pod)
2		Fresh Yellow Peppers (remove seeds) & mince
6		or more medium tomatoes
1-2		Medium red onions
2		Green onions
1		Clove garlic (minced)
Second Ingredient Group
1 Tbs		Rice Vinegar
1 Tbs		Fresh Lime Juice
1 tsp		Sugar
1 tsp		Olive Oil
1/4 to 1/2 cup		Minced fresh cilantro leaves
		Salt to taste

Chop and mix all of ingredients from Group 1.

Mix in all of the ingredients from Group 2.
