1/2 cup  red bell pepper
1/2 cup  yellow bell pepper
1/2 cup  orange bell pepper
1/2 cup  green bell pepper
1 cup  Jalapeno peppers
1 cup  scallions, sliced
1 cup  sweet white onion
1/2 cup  red onion
6 cups  ripe red tomatoes, seeded
1 cup  Cilantro leaves, minced
3 Tbs  crushed fresh garlic
2 Tbs  salt
1/2 tsp  white pepper
1 tsp  cumin
4 Tbs  Tabasco green pepper sauce
6   limes (juice only)
 

Finely dice all fresh vegetables.

Remove seeds from all peppers.

Allow to sit several hours, salsa will become hotter as it sits.
