The 2003 champ, Judy Omerza, hails from Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Omerza earned the distinction of being the winner who was furthest from home when she claimed the prize for her Chillie Willie’s Chili Salsa. Despite its name, the dish is decidedly a salsa and not a chili. With two types of onion, three varieties of tomato, and three kinds of chile peppers, Omerza’s zesty salsa is not for the weak of heart.
1   medium vidalia onion
1   medium white onion
2   large anaheim peppers
2   jalapeño peppers
2   habaneros
1   Lime (juiced)
1   Lemon (juiced)
1   large bunch of cilantro
1 pint  cherry tomatoes
1 pint  grape tomatoes
2   vine tomatoes
1   small turnip
   salt and cumin to taste
 

Chop all ingredients except the lime and lemon juices.

Combine all ingredients and season with salt and cumin.
