3 Tbs  butter
   4-ounce can green chiles, chopped
   4-ounce jar dried beef, diced
1   medium-sized onion, minced
1   clove garlic, minced
8 oz  cream cheese, creamed
2 Tbs  milk
4   drops Tabasco sauce
 

Melt butter in heavy skillet and add green chiles, dried beef, onion, and garlic; saute until onionis tender.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese and milk; blend until smooth. Add Tabasco and blend again.

Chill 2 hours or until firm. Serve with crackers or chips.
