Procedure: Preheat barbecue. Make four "boats" out of a four large sheets of tin foil. Line each one with a small piece of baking paper. Peel bananas and cut in half lengthways. Place into "boats". Divide butter, sugar and rum among banana "boats". Barbecue for 10 minutes or until banana softens slightly and sauce is bubbling. Serve immediately, with cream or ice-cream, if desired. |
