Add to download basket Coconut Snow Balls
 
2 14 oz Pkgs  Flaked coconut
2 lbs  powdered sugar
1 can  Eagle Brand Condensed milk
2 sticks  butter
1/8 lb  paraffin
18 oz  semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon  vanilla
 

Mix all ingredients except chips and paraffin. Chill until firm. Remove from fridge and butter hands. Roll into balls and refrigerate 2 hours. In double boiler melt chocolate and paraffin. Use toothpick and dip balls leaving white cap on top. Allow to cool on wax paper. Makes a blue million

Cooking Tips

I experimented this year and threw in 4 ounces(half of the large bar) of a Special Dark Hershey bar.
