/4 cup fresh sour orange juice or /4 cup fresh orange juice /2 cup fresh lime juice tablespoons tequila tablespoons ground chile peppers cup fresh cilantro -- chopped /2 teaspoons Mexican oregano teaspoons salt tablespoon black pepper /4 cup olive oil For 3 lbs of meat. Whisk together all ingredients. Puncture meatall over with fork. Refrigerate overnight turining occasionally. Grill 6-8 minutes per side for med rare.
