I read an article in the Boston Herald (daily newspaper) about a newly discovered marinade recipe that greatly diminishes the cancer-causing compounds on grilled food. It's the combination of these ingredients that make it work, so you can adjust them a bit to taste--just don't leave any out. The laboratory report was in a magazine called New Choices.
