Procedure Put the mayo into a bowl Squeeze the juice from the two lemons into the mayo, then stir it up. Add about 2-3 tablespoons of the pickle juice (you don't want this to be too liquidy) Chop/mince/ dice the rest of the ingredients (but not the capers) and add them in. Drain most of the liquid off of the capers and dump the whole jar in Stir it up, and let it sit for about an hour, then add cracked pepper to taste just prior to serving. |
