Preparation : Melt the butter in a 9” x 13” casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl until moistened. Pour into the casserole dish. Stabilize egg at 350° with plate setter (legs down) and spacers to keep pan from direct contact with plate setter. Place pan on spacers and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes or until it is golden brown on top. Bake a little longer for a more cake-like consistency or a little less if you want it more like a pudding. |
