Here's the coleslaw that QBH served up with the mini pulled pork sandwiches...
8 Cups
Shredded Green Cabbage, about 1/2 of a large head

Carrots, Peeled and Grated
1/2 Medium
Red Onion, Shredded or Chopped Fine
1/2 Cup
Lowfat Sour Cream
1/2 Cup
Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
3 Tbs
White Vinegar
1-2 Tsp.
Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbs
Sugar
1/2 Tsp
Celery Seed
1/4 Tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 Tsp
Kosher Salt
1/4- 1/2 Tsp
DP Tsunami Spin
In a large mixing bowl, mix the cabbage, carrots, and onion. Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl. Stir the dressing into the vegetables and chill for a few hours before serving.
