Cook peas and limas according to the package directions, but do not drain (if with butter sauce). Combine everything in a bowl except the stuffing mix and butter. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole dish. Melt the butter and stir into stuffing mix. Sprinkle over casserole. Set up BGE for indirect cook at 350*F. Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until dish starts to bubble. Adjust amount of worcestershire and topping to your taste. We also added a little sugar maple smoke. Note: If you cannot find the vegetables in butter sauce, just melt a tablespoon or two and add it to the vegetable mixture. |
