Dessert, Banana Foster, Wendy Denny #2

8		Bananas,
1 8 Oz.		Pineapple, Crushed
2 Pkg		Hershey Chips, chocolate, butterscotch, or peanut butter, pick 2
1 Lb.		Strawberries, Fresh, Cut into 1/4 pieces and juice
1 Jar		Marachino Cherries, no juice
1 Cup		Nuts, Chopped, your choice
1 Cup or so		Nuts, Chopped, Walnuts/Pecans, your choice
1 Pkg		Marshallows, Small
2 Oz.		Meyers Rum or other liquer. (optional)

In a baking dish, apprx 9x12 layer peeled bananas cut in half lengthwise. Next cover with crushed pineapple. 1/2 the hershey chips. Strawberries, rest of chips, cherries, marshmellows and nuts on top. Other ingredients work just as well for topping. If using a liquer pour on top.

Place in BGE @350°F. 30-45 minutes, until bananas are mushy and marshmellows are golden. Careful not to burn marshmellows.
