Procedure In a med hot all clad skillet add a little olive oil and begin to sear the chop Brown on each side about 3-4 mins per side. When the second side is done remove the chop and keep warm. Add a little more oil and saute the onions and mushrooms.remember season each step as you go along. When the mixture has satued about 5 mins add the Marsala. (BE VERY CAREFUL) cook about 4-5 mins reducing the wine. Add the chop back and ladle the mixture of the chop to warm thru. Place chop on bed of pasta and and add a little butter to sauce and pour over chop and pasta. |
