Black Bean Dip

Ingredients
1 cup		black beans(canned are fine but rinse them a few times)
1		jalapeno chopped(optional)
1 or 2		chopped seeded tomatoes
1 cup		grated cheddar
1 cup		sour cream
3		avocados to make Guacamole
1/4		bunch of fresh chopped cilantro

Procedure

Mash the black beans to make a spread.

In a pie pan spread the black beans on the bottom.

Layer the remaining ingredients in order given and serve with tortilla chips.

Servings: 1
