Ingredient
1   loaf of sourdough bread
1   pack of goat cheese(plain or herb)
2   eggs
   touch of water
   butter
 

Procedure

slice the bread about 2 inches thick.

make a small cut in the side and squeeze in the goat cheese.

In a small bowl mix the eggs and a few drops of water.

Dip the bread into the egg mixture like you would french toast.melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat. cook on each side about 3 minutes.

Cut the bread into 2 triangles and serve.

Servings: 1
