Ingredients
1 cup  White rice
2 1/4 cup  Water
1/56 oz  Saffron (one container)
 pinch  Salt
 

Procedure

In a med stock pot heat water to a lite boil and add Saffron.

Take off heat an allow to steep for about 30 minutes.

Return to heat and bring to a hard rolling boil.

Add rice and salt ,stir and cover, reduce heat and let simmer for about 20 mins.

When all the water is dissolved fluff with a fork and let stand for 5 mins.

Servings: 1
