A blend of fresh non bitter herbs(Parsley,Cilantro,Sage,Mint) chopped
 

Pick out how many porkchops you will need

Rub each chop with olive oil salt and pepper.

Dredge each chop in the herb melange and place on the med heated grill

Remove when finished and let the chops rest for about 2-3 mins.
