Ingredients
4-5 lb  pork butt
6   cloves of garlic
   Spices (Cajun spices, or any you like)
 

Procedure

Season the pork butt with your blend of spices.

Make small slits in the pork and insert the cloves of garlic (studding is the term for this).

Place in smoker and smoke at 200 degrees for about 12 hours, till tender and ready to fall apart.

At this point, pull the pork apart and add sauce if desired.

Servings: 1
