Ingredients
1   chicken breast per person
2   containers of Vigo saffron
1 gallon  water
4 cups  chicken stock
 

Procedure

In a large stock pot bring water,saffron,chicken stock to a boil.

Continue to boil and reduce by 1/3.

Season chicken breast with S&P.

Reduce the stock to a simmer.

Very low.

Place chicken breast in pot and simmer for 8 minutes,turn off heat and let sit in stock for 20 mins.

Remove from stock and let rest 3-4 mins.
