Salad with Goat Cheese

Ingredients
1 package		mixed greens
2		small logs of pepper encrusted goat cheese
		red wine vinegar
		extra virgin olive oil

Procedure

Slice goat cheese into small discs. mix vinaigrette.

Toss salad with vinaigrette and place slices on goat cheese on salad and serve.
