Crawfish and Mushroom Stuffed Squid Tubes

Ingredients
6		cleaned squid tubes
1 lb		of crawfish tails
1/2 lb		of mushrooms(exotic work best but if not then white button)

Procedure

Wash and rinse crawfish tails, season and let marinade over night.

Cut mushrooms mix all ingredients in the Cuisinart 11 cup food processor (use the dull blade attachment) just enough to mix not grind.

Take mixture and stuff the tubes place in a 350 degree oven about 15-20 min

Remove and serve
