Crab Stuffed Prawns

Ingredients
10		prawns P&D(peeled and deviened)
8 oz		crab meat
3 oz		bread crumbs
1		large egg
3 oz		parmesan/romano cheese

Prcoedure

Place prawns in baking dish and season with S&P.

In a mixing bowl mix the crab,bread crumbs,egg and cheese.

Place mixture on top of prawns and bake for 18-20 mins at 350.

Remove and serve 2 prawns for an app or 6 for dinner
