Ingredients
1   package of Polenta
2   large Spanish onions
   Butter
 

Procedure

In a deep stock pot begin caramelizing the onions.

This can take 10-15 mins, take your time to accomplish this step.

When the onions are a dark earthy sweet brown add the amount of water or stock you will need to make the correct amount of Polenta

When polenta is cooked transfer it to another bowl or cutting board to cut.

Serve this corn grit instead of Mashed poatatoes
