Ingredients
1-3 lb  spaghetti squash
   salt and pepper
 

Procedure

Split the squash in half lengthwise

Remove seeds and season the inside

Poke a few holes in the skin

Bake at 350 for about 1-1 1/2 hours till the skin is soft

Remove the squash and allow to cool about 15 mins.

Take a fork and rake the inside of the flesh

Add a dab of butter and adjust seasoning (cinammon is a nice touch)

Servings: 1
