2 Tbs  Dijon mustard
4 Tbs  Fresh lemon juice
8 ea  Garlic cloves, crushed
4 Tbs  Worcestershire sauce
4 tsp  Tabasco
8 ea  Anchovy fillets
11/2 cups  Olive oil
1 tsp  Salt
 

In the blender, dissolve mustard, lemon juice and salt. Add the garlic, anchovies (crushed), Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.

Slowly drizzle in the oil, until all the oil is used. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
