Add to download basket Mustard-Herb Vinaigrette
 
   Cider vinegar 1/2 Cup
   Creole mustard 1 oz.
   Sugar 1 tsp.
   Minced garlic 2 cloves
   Pure olive oil 1 1/2 Cups
   Salt and black pepper t.t.
   Tabasco sauce 1 tsp.
   Fresh thyme chopped 2 tsp.
   Fresh parsley chopped 2 Tbsp.
   Fresh cilantro chopped 1 Tbsp.
 

Combine the vinegar, mustard sugar and garlic. Mix well.

Whisk in the olive oil, season with salt and black pepper and Tabasco.

Add the herbs and check seasonings. Chill for service.
