Heat 1 tablespoon oil in medium skillet over medium heat. Add turkey and cook, breaking up with wooden spoon until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon; reserve. Add remaining tablespoon of oil and saute onion, green pepper and garlic about 5 minutes. Add reserved turkey, tomatoes with juice, oregano, salt and pepper. Break up tomatoes with wooden spoon and gently simmer about 20 minutes. Serve hot over pasta. |
