3 Tbs  Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup  vegetable oil
1/4 cup  cider vinegar
3 tsp  dry mustard
3 Tbs  brown sugar
2 tsp  chili powder
2 tsp  sugar
1/2 tsp  garlic powder
2 Tbs  dried minced onion
1/2 tsp  salt
1/4 tsp  black pepper
 

Combine all ingredients and let stand for at least 10 minutes.
