1/2 cup  minced onion
1   clove minced garlic
1 Tbs  vegetable oil
1   can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/2 cup  honey
2 Tbs  vinegar
2 Tbs  minced parsley
1 Tbs  Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp  pepper
1/8 tsp  cayenne pepper
 

Sauté onion and garlic in oil until softened.

Add remaining ingredients and bring mixture to boil; reduce heat and sinner 5 minutes.
