Eggtoberfest Breakfast Casserole
This is the recipe Mrs. Squeeze made in the morning during
Eggtoberfest.

Ingredients
1 lb Mild Sausage (the kind in the
  tube)
1 lb Hot Sausage (the kind in the
  tube)
1 8oz package of shredded
  mozzarella cheese
1 8oz package of shredded cheddar
  cheese
6 eggs
2 cans of crescent rolls

Directions
1 Procedure
2 Bring your egg to 350 degrees with an inderect setup.
   Make sure the fire is burning clean with little smoke.
3 Cook the sausage until done and drain and discard the
   grease.
4 Mix with the cheese and 6 eggs.
5 Put one can of crescent rolls on the bottom of a
   disposable lasagne pan.
6 Pour sausage, egg, cheese mixture on top of the

   crescent rolls.
7 Lay other can of crescent rolls on top of mixture
8 Cook for 45 minute to an hour. It is done when the
   crescent rools are fully cooked.
