Most ingredients can display nutrition data for multiple
measures. A measure is common size or unit for an
ingredient (e.g. 1 box, 1 large onion, 3 cookies,
etc.).

| CALCULATE
NUTRITION FOR AN INGREDIENT MEASURE |

- Locate and display the ingredient you want to
view.
- Scroll down to the Nutrition Facts section of
the ingredient.
- Click one of the Availalbe sizes links to recalculate
the nutrition data for the selected measure.
