4   eggs, beaten
2 1/2 cups  torn fresh bread
1   package Kraft Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, (8 oz)
2 cups  milk
2 Tbs  butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp  mustard and paprika
1/2 tsp  salt
 

Mix all ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 12- by 8-inch baking dish; cover. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.

Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.

This recipe yields 6 to 8 servings.

Variations: Add 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained. Add 1/4 cup sliced green onions. Add 3/4 cup chopped ham.
