1   can Swanson Natural Goodness chicken broth, (14 1/2 oz)
1/4 cup  apple juice
1/2 cup  raisins
1   celery stalk, sliced (abt 1/2 cup)
1   medium onion, chopped
5 cups  Pepperidge Farm cubed herb-seasoned
   stuffing
 

In large saucepan, mix broth, apple juice, raisins, celery, and onion. Over medium-high heat, heat to a boil. Reduce heat to low. Cover and cook 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Remove from heat. Add stuffing. Mix lightly.

Spoon into 1 1/2-quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until hot.

This recipe yields 8 servings. Serving size: 1/8 recipe.
