Almost Risotto

1 can chicken broth - (14 1/2 oz)
1 envelope Good Seasons Zesty
  Italian or
Italian Salad Dressing Mix
1 cup orzo pasta, uncooked
1 jar sliced mushrooms - (4 1/2
  oz), drained
Di Giorno Shredded Parmesan
  Cheese, (optional)

Directions
1 Bring broth and salad dressing mix to boil in medium
   saucepan on medium-high heat. Add orzo. Reduce heat to low; cover.
   Simmer 10 minutes or until orzo is tender.
2 Stir in mushrooms. Serve with Di Giorno Shredded
   Parmesan Cheese, if desired.
3 This recipe yields 6 servings.
